退貨、退款及保養政策

1. 適用法律

本政策受香港特別行政區法律所規管並按其解釋,包括但不限於《貨品售賣條例》(香港法例第 26 章)。

2. 法定權利

本政策的任何條文均不旨在限制、排除或影響顧客根據香港適用法律所享有的任何法定權利。

根據《貨品售賣條例》(香港法例第 26 章),所有出售之貨品必須具備可銷售品質。具體而言,貨品須:

  • 具備令人滿意的品質;

  • 與銷售時所提供的描述相符;及

  • 在顧客於購買時已明示或默示告知特定用途的情況下,合理地適用於該用途。

如貨品未能符合上述任何法定要求,顧客有權依法要求退貨、維修、更換或退款(視乎實際情況而定)。

3. 電子產品保養

所有由 Coffeeture 出售之電子產品均享有 一年本地保養,保養期由顧客收取貨品當日起計。

本保養僅涵蓋在正常及合理使用情況下出現之製造缺陷,並不包括以下情況所引致之損壞或故障(包括但不限於):

  • 不當使用、疏忽、誤用或意外;

  • 未經授權的改裝或維修;

  • 未依照產品或製造商指示使用;

  • 正常損耗。

4. 14 天退貨政策

在符合本政策條款的情況下,顧客可於收取貨品後 十四(14)天內 申請退貨。

退貨貨品必須符合以下條件:

  • 貨品狀態須與收取時相同;

  • 未經使用、穿戴或改裝;

  • 保留所有原有包裝、配件、說明書及標籤;及

  • 提供有效的購買證明。

顧客須先透過電郵 coffeeture@concept-avenue.com 提交退貨申請。未經事先批准而退回之貨品,恕不接受。

退貨地址及相關運送指示將於退貨申請獲批後另行提供。

5. 損壞、瑕疵或錯誤貨品

顧客須於收貨後儘快檢查貨品。如發現貨品有瑕疵、損壞或錯誤發貨,須即時通知 Coffeeture。本公司有權對相關貨品進行檢查及評估,並依法決定合適的補救方式,包括維修、更換或退款。

6. 不可退貨項目

除法律另有規定外,以下貨品恕不接受退貨:

  • 易腐壞貨品(包括但不限於食品、植物或鮮花);

  • 客製化或個人化產品;

  • 個人護理或衞生用品;

  • 危險品、易燃液體或氣體。

所有特價貨品及禮品卡一律不設退款。

7. 換貨

本公司不提供直接換貨服務。如顧客欲購買其他貨品,須先按本政策申請退回原有貨品(如獲批准),並另行下單購買新貨品。

8. 退款

在收到並檢查退回貨品後,Coffeeture 將通知顧客其退款申請是否獲批。

如退款獲批,款項將於 十(10)個工作天內 以原付款方式退回。因銀行、信用卡機構或第三方支付平台所造成之處理延誤,本公司概不負責。

如顧客於退款批准後 十五(15)個工作天 仍未收到退款,請電郵至 coffeeture@concept-avenue.com 與我們聯絡。

9. 語言版本及最終決定權

如本繁體中文版本與英文版本有任何歧異,概以英文版本為準

在法律允許的範圍內,Coffeeture 保留根據適用法律及實際情況作出最終決定的權利

 

Return, Refund and Warranty Policy

1. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including but not limited to the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26, Laws of Hong Kong).

2. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy shall operate to limit, exclude, or otherwise prejudice any statutory rights available to customers under applicable Hong Kong law.

Pursuant to the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), all goods sold must be of merchantable quality. In particular, goods must:

  • Be of satisfactory quality;

  • Correspond with the description provided at the time of sale; and

  • Be reasonably fit for any particular purpose expressly or impliedly made known to the seller at or before the time of purchase.

Where goods fail to meet any of the above statutory requirements, the customer shall be entitled to request a return, repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.

3. Warranty for Electronic Appliances

All electronic appliances sold by Coffeeture are covered by a one (1) year local warranty, commencing from the date the customer receives the goods.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects arising under normal and intended use. The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from, without limitation:

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling;

  • Accidents or unauthorised alterations or repairs;

  • Failure to comply with manufacturer instructions; or

  • Normal wear and tear.

To request warranty service, customers must contact coffeeture@concept-avenue.com and provide the relevant order number and details of the issue.

4. 14-Day Return Policy

Subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, goods must:

  • Be in the same condition as when delivered;

  • Be unused, unworn, and unaltered;

  • Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels intact; and

  • Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

All return requests must be submitted in advance via email to coffeeture@concept-avenue.com. Returns made without prior approval shall not be accepted.

Return shipping instructions and the return address shall be provided upon approval of the return request.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods

Customers are required to inspect goods promptly upon receipt. If goods are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers must notify Coffeeture without undue delay.

Coffeeture reserves the right to inspect and assess the goods and to determine the appropriate remedy, including repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items

Except where otherwise required by law, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (including but not limited to food, plants, or flowers);

  • Custom-made or personalised items;

  • Personal care or hygiene products;

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

All sale items and gift cards are strictly non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

Coffeeture does not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a different item must return the original item (subject to approval under this Policy) and place a new order separately.

8. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of returned goods, Coffeeture will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund request.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within ten (10) working days. Coffeeture shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card issuers, or payment service providers.

If a refund has not been received within fifteen (15) working days from the date of approval, customers should contact coffeeture@concept-avenue.com for assistance.

9. Language and Final Determination

This Policy is made available in both English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffeeture reserves the right to make the final determination in respect of any return, refund, warranty, or related matter in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
