運送政策

1. 適用範圍

本運送政策適用於所有向 Coffeeture 提交的訂單，並須與本公司的條款及細則及其他相關政策一併閱讀及理解。

2. 訂單處理及出貨

所有「有現貨」之產品，將於訂單確認及成功收取全數款項後 五（5）個工作天內 處理及安排出貨，除非另有明確說明。

所有出貨時間僅屬預計性質，並不構成任何保證。因非 Coffeeture 所能合理控制的情況（包括但不限於物流延誤、天氣狀況、清關程序或不可抗力事件）而引致的延誤，本公司概不承擔任何責任。

 

3. 運費安排

運費將根據訂單的實際總金額（不包括任何折扣或推廣優惠）計算，安排如下：

  • 訂單總金額達 港幣 500 元或以上，送貨至香港或澳門，可享免運費；

  • 訂單總金額 低於港幣 500 元，送貨至香港或澳門，將收取 固定運費港幣 35 元。

所有適用運費將於結帳時清楚列明，並於訂單確認前顯示予顧客。

4. 語言版本及詮釋

本政策以英文及繁體中文版本提供。如兩個版本之間出現任何歧異，概以英文版本為準。

在法律允許的範圍內，Coffeeture 保留根據適用法律及法規詮釋及執行本運送政策的權利。

Shipping Policy

1. Applicability

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Coffeeture and shall be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and other applicable policies.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

All products listed as in stock shall be processed and dispatched within five (5) working days from the date the order is confirmed and payment is successfully received, unless otherwise stated.

Dispatch times are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Coffeeture shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees shall be calculated based on the total order value, exclusive of any discounts or promotional credits, as follows:

  • Free shipping shall apply to orders with a total order value of HKD 500 or above, delivered to Hong Kong or Macau.

  • A fixed shipping fee of HKD 35 shall be charged for orders with a total order value below HKD 500, delivered to Hong Kong or Macau.

Shipping fees, where applicable, shall be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

4. Language and Interpretation

This Policy is made available in both English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffeeture reserves the right to interpret and apply this Shipping Policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
